Booking Conditions
Please note that a minimum of two nights should be booked during:- June, July, August and September and over Bank Holiday weekends & Easter, and three nights over Christmas and the New year.

To reserve a room a deposit of £30.00 is required (cheques should be made payable to Mr. B Gooch).
Please note that arrivals should be between 4 - 7pm. We hope that you will enjoy your stay with us, but please help us to prepare for the next guests and kindly vacate your room by 10:00am on the day of departure.
The balance of payment is due on arrival; we regret that we cannot accept credit cards but cheques are acceptable, up to the limit of supporting cheque guarantee card.
Cancellations
Please note that if you subsequently cancel or amend these arrangements and we are not able to successfully re-let the rooms, you will still be liable to meet the full costs (less a 20% reduction for food not consumed) of the original booking. You may wish to take out appropriate insurance to cover yourself.
