By Road from the East
Travel along the M3/M27 and join the A31 main trunk road and follow signs to Poole/Dorchester, at the Canford Bottom roundabout, ignore any signs to Wimborne and continue a long the A31 towards Dorchester. Pass over the River Stour and at the next roundabout exit first left sign posted Poole and Ferries. Keep in the left hand lane and take first left at next roundabout directing you to Wimborne. Continue along this road passing the Willet Arms (Restaurant) on your right Ashton Lodge is approx. 100 metres further along on the right hand side, set back from the road, opposite a red BT phone box. Turn into the drive as there is ample parking.
From the West
Travel along the A31 main trunk road from Dorchester to Ringwood, ignore the first set of signs marked B3073 to Wimborne and continue along the main trunk road to the next roundabout, take the right exit sign posted Poole and the Ferries. Keep in the left hand lane and take first left at next roundabout directing you to Wimborne. Continue along this road passing the Willet Arms (Restaurant) on your right Ashton Lodge is approx. 100 metres further along on the right handside, set back from the road, opposite a red BT phone box. Turn into the drive as there is ample parking.
From the North
Enter Wimborne and follow the ring road and exit on the main Poole road. After passing over the River Stour (Canford Bridge) continue along Oakley Hill. Ashton Lodge is approx. 200 metres further a long on the left hand side, set back from the road, opposite a red BT phone box. Turn into the drive as there is ample parking.
By Train or Coach
The nearest train or coach station is Poole Central. Regular local buses travel to Wimborne stopping close to Ashton Lodge. If required, a collection service from the station can be arranged by prior agreement.
Ashton Lodge is approx. 5 miles distant from the resorts of Bournemouth and Poole and close to the Purbeck coastline & The New Forest.
